About Our Program
Tri-Region Menshed is a dynamic local group offering older men a relaxed environment to bond, learn, and contribute to community projects. With a strong focus on woodworking activities like creating raised gardens, birdhouses, wood turning, and more, we provide a platform for hands-on learning and creativity.
Tri-Region Menshed works in partnership with TriCALA - Tri-Community Adult Learning Assn, the City of Spruce Grove Social Services, Spruce Grove Ag Society, Capital Region Men's Shed, and the Alberta Men's Shed Association and supports the communities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County.
Tri-Region Menshed has also received generous support from Help Age Canada and the City of Spruce Grove

Our program extends beyond woodworking to include courses such as growing bonsai trees, fostering continuous learning and personal growth. Join us in a supportive community that values camaraderie, skill development, and the joy of working together.
